Field Inspector – Lead Service Line Replacement – 7:00 AM Start – NOT A SALES JOB

Miralis Construction is hiring field inspectors for our lead service line replacement project in Bayonne, NJ.

The day starts at 7:00 AM sharp. You must be on site and ready to work at 7:00 AM every day, Monday through Friday. If you cannot be on time every morning, do not apply.

This is not a sales job. There is nothing to sell and no commission. The replacement is a city program at no cost to the homeowner. Your job is to inform homeowners, get their permission, and document the work.

What you will do:

• Visit homes on a daily route and knock on doors to reach homeowners
• Explain the city's lead service line program and get right of entry forms signed
• Inspect the water service line inside the home and at the curb
• Take photos and fill out reports on a phone app
• Work alongside our test pit and replacement crews
• Keep accurate records of every address you visit

What we need:

• Reliable to start at 7:00 AM daily
• Presentable appearance. You are the face of the project at every door.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, city staff and our crews
• Valid driver's license and your own vehicle
• Smartphone and comfortable using apps
• Able to work outside in all weather and go into basements
• Must Speak English. Spanish and Portuguese is a plus
• Construction or utility experience is a plus but not required. We will train.

Pay: [$20/hr], weekly pay. Full time, Monday to Friday. Overtime and weekend work available as well.
