Field Manager

The Basic Basement Co., a renowned home remodeling company based in Manalapan Township, NJ is seeking a full-time Field Manager. The Basic Basement Co. has been awarded the Angie’s List Super Service Award for customer satisfaction annually since 2012 and has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

We are looking for a coachable leader to who will take ownership over our top notch installation teams while overseeing approximately 7-10 on going installations. Candidates will be committed to provide the best service and customer experience possible. If you consider yourself to be a tactical creative problem solver, then we would like to speak with you.

Training

You will receive formal comprehensive leadership and team building training that is generally reserved for Fortune 500 Companies.
This position is an outside position with requires a fair amount of driving. A company vehicle will be provided.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5+ years of field management experience, preferably in home building and/or remodeling
Clean/Valid Drivers License
General knowledge of state/local building codes
Strong organizational and management skills
Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints/plans
Must possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Willingness to correct small inspection fails and/or punch list issues
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Ability to mentor and encourage team members to achieve objectives
