Field Operations and Production Manager

We are a residential and light commercial surface refinishing company serving the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County. We transform kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces using proprietary processes that require precision and craftsmanship.

We need a bilingual Field Operations and Production Manager who owns the execution of our jobs from start to finish. This means showing up on job sites, holding technicians accountable, catching quality issues before they become callbacks, and keeping the shop running tight.

This job is for you if:

• You are bilingual in English and Spanish - this is a requirement, not a preference
• You have 3 or more years supervising field crews in painting, surface refinishing, cabinet finishing, or a related trade
• You are comfortable having direct, honest conversations when work does not meet standard
• You take ownership of outcomes and do not wait to be told what needs fixing
• You are organized and can manage multiple active jobs at the same time

What you will do:

• Conduct job site kickoffs, mid-job check-ins, and completion walkthroughs
• Track technician performance and flag issues early
• Oversee shop organization, material staging, and prep work
• Serve as the link between field crews and the office team
• Keep projects on time and on standard
