HELP BUILD SOMETHING FROM THE GROUND UP

Assembly experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to grow with the business.

Kitset Assembly Services is launching in Florida, and we're looking for one of our very first employees to help build the business from the ground up. You'll work directly with the owners, Leslie and Mark Johnson, who bring more than 60 years of combined business and franchise experience.

This isn't a large corporate environment with layers of management. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while helping shape the future of our Florida operation. You'll spend part of your time in the field assembling products and working with customers, and part of your time helping build the operational side of a growing business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage residential and commercial assembly projects from scheduling through completion
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every project
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors
• Help onboard and train future employees and franchise owners
• Improve operational processes as the business grows
• Assemble furniture, fitness equipment, sheds, playsets, grills, and other flat-pack products when needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools
• You enjoy figuring things out and solving problems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently
• Comfortable traveling throughout Southwest and Central Florida
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
