Field Operations Coordinator (PT) $30-36/hr - Palmetto Haven Homes

Palmetto Haven Homes is a growing residential builder in the Charlotte region, with most of our current work in the Kannapolis / Concord (Cabarrus County) area, now expanding into new markets. We're hiring a reliable Field Operations Coordinator to be our eyes and hands on our job sites.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Part-time, about 20-25 hours/week with a guaranteed weekly minimum
• $30-36/hr depending on experience, plus mileage reimbursement
• W-2 employee position
• Based in the Kannapolis / Concord (Cabarrus County) area, where most of our sites are; must be flexible to drive regularly to sites across the Charlotte metro and South Carolina (Fort Mill / Tega Cay / Rock Hill)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Visit active job sites, check progress and quality, and keep subs on schedule
• Schedule and attend municipal inspections; follow up in city/county permit portals
• Coordinate utilities (Duke Energy, water/sewer) and site readiness
• Walk new homes with buyers before closing and track punch lists
• Light handyman fixes and site security cameras
• Run site errands and pick up materials when needed
• Report every visit the same day with photos and notes in our project app (Asana)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years in residential construction (assistant super, field coordinator, site lead or similar)
• Comfortable with inspections, permits and working with subs
• Organized and disciplined about daily reporting from a phone app. This is a must.
• Own reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, smartphone
• Lives in or near Kannapolis / Concord / Cabarrus County and is willing to travel to South Carolina sites
