Position Overview
This role combines material delivery/pickup, jobsite support, coordination with city inspectors, and general on-site labor. You’ll be a key part of our operations, ensuring materials, inspections, and job progress happen on time and to standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver construction materials, supplies, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Transport items between vendors, suppliers, and storage locations.
- Perform routine jobsite checks to monitor progress and report updates to the project manager.
- Meet with city inspectors for scheduled inspections and assist with on-site inspection requirements.
- Provide basic jobsite coordination, ensuring crews have what they need to stay productive.
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed, including light site prep, cleanup, and setup.
- Maintain accurate delivery and inspection logs.
- Communicate effectively with office staff, crew members, vendors, and inspectors.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor as needed.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of basic construction safety practices.
- Prior construction or pool industry experience a plus, but not required.
