Weber Water Resources is seeking dependable, hardworking Field Operations Technicians to support our pump installation and water system operations throughout California.
This position is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic who enjoy working outdoors, operating around heavy equipment, traveling to job sites, and being part of a professional field crew.
We are looking for candidates with a proven employment history, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Compensation
$25.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Full-time position
Overtime available (up to approximately 50 hours per week)

Responsibilities
Assist with pump installation and removal
Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials
Safely operate company vehicles requiring a Class B CDL
Operate hand and power tools
Assist pump rig operators and field crews
Work safely around heavy equipment and machinery
Maintain equipment and job site cleanliness
Follow company safety procedures
Travel throughout California and stay out of town as project schedules require
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid California Class B Commercial Driver License (CDL) is required
Clean driving record for the past five years
Minimum five (5) years of verifiable work history
Reliable transportation to reporting location
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to travel and work out of town
Strong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude
Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants with:
Construction experience
Utility, water well, pump, drilling, or underground utility experience
Heavy equipment experience
Mechanical aptitude
Experience towing trailers
Forklift certification
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Tanker endorsement
Air Brake endorsement
Applicants with stable, long-term employment history and experience working in construction or utility environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
