Southern Dropcloth Painting is a top-rated, growing company based on the Northshore, and we’re looking for a reliable, professional, and driven individual to join our field operations team.

This is a part-time position with strong potential to grow into a full-time role as responsibilities increase.

🔧 What This Role Involves

This is a key position in our daily operations — not just a job.

This role is a combination of field operations and soft washing, and you will be trained in both areas.

You will play a major role in keeping our projects running smoothly while also helping us grow our exterior cleaning services.

✔ Driving a company truck to active job sites
✔ Delivering materials and keeping crews fully supplied
✔ Setting up and breaking down jobs professionally
✔ Staying one step ahead of the crew to maintain production flow

✔ Reviewing the work order (scope of work) with the painting crew and homeowner at the start of projects
✔ Helping ensure everyone is aligned and the job is set up for success

✔ Communicating with homeowners in a professional and respectful manner
✔ Representing our company with a high level of professionalism

✔ Performing soft washing / pressure washing (homes, driveways, exterior surfaces)
✔ Learning to eventually run soft wash jobs independently

You will start by learning our field operations systems and gradually take on more responsibility in soft washing as you grow in the role.

✔ Experience in painting, materials, jobsite logistics, or pressure/soft washing is a plus (not required)

🚗 Requirements

✔ Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured
✔ Clean and responsible driving habits
✔ Must pass a background check
✔ Reliable transportation to and from work

💰 Compensation

Starting pay: $18/hour, with increases based on reliability, performance, and growth in the role.

This is a W-2 employee position (not a 1099 or subcontractor role).
