Field Production Supervisor (Bilingual)

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to help oversee our field operations and production team.

If you're currently a Lead Painter, Crew Leader, Field Supervisor, Foreman, or Assistant Production Manager and you're ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to talk.

We are an established home improvement company serving Ventura County with two nationally recognized brands specializing in cabinet refinishing, cabinet painting, bathtub refinishing, tile refinishing, and other residential surface restoration services.

We're growing, investing in technology and systems, and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing:

• You'll work closely with the owner, office staff, and technicians to make sure every project is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll spend time in the field supporting technicians, visiting job sites, organizing production, and helping improve our day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading job-site kickoffs and occasional progress visits
• Performing final quality inspections

• Coaching technicians and helping them succeed
• Coordinating production schedules with the office

• Making sure materials, tools, and supplies are ready before projects begin
• Keeping our shop clean, organized, and prepared for upcoming work

• Solving problems before they become customer issues
• Helping improve processes as our company continues to grow

We're Looking For Someone Who

✔ Speaks both English and Spanish (strongly preferred)

✔ Has experience leading field crews in painting, remodeling, construction, refinishing, flooring, coatings, restoration, or similar trades

✔ Is organized and comfortable juggling multiple projects

✔ Leads by example instead of simply giving orders

✔ Enjoys solving problems

✔ Holds people accountable respectfully

✔ Wants a long-term career rather than "just another job"
