Field Quality Control – Flooring & Bathroom Remodeling

We are looking for a Field Quality Control person to visit active flooring and bathroom remodeling projects throughout DFW.

What you'll do:

-Visit active jobsites and inspect workmanship, cleanliness, and safety
-Make sure installers are following company procedures and using the correct materials
-Catch problems/details before they become bigger issues
-Take photos and provide clear updates to our Project Managers
-Communicate professionally with homeowners and installers
-Help resolve minor field issues when possible
-Ensure excess materials are properly handled/returned and clients receive appropriate leftover material

What we're looking for:

-MUST have a basic understanding of construction/remodeling
-Extremely detail-oriented — you need to notice things others miss
-Great attitude, reliable and willing to learn
-Excellent communication skills in English. Spanish a bonus but not essential.
-Comfortable speaking with homeowners and tradespeople
-Drug-free
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Flooring/bathroom experience is a plus, but we will train the right person on our specific standards and procedures

Schedule: Approximately 20–35 hours/week depending on project volume
Pay: $25/hour
Location: Jobsites throughout DFW

There is also an opportunity to earn additional income through sales for the right person.
