Fleet Maintenance Technician

Location: Denver, NC

Equipment Services of NC is seeking a motivated and dependable technician to maintain and repair our growing fleet of trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.

This is an in-house fleet position. You will work exclusively on company-owned equipment—no outside customer work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform preventative maintenance on company trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine issues
Conduct inspections and identify potential problems before they become costly repairs
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Assist with organizing and maintaining the company yard and equipment inventory
Help ensure our fleet remains safe, reliable, and ready to work

Equipment You’ll Work On

Heavy-duty trucks

Commercial trailers
Construction equipment
Service trucks
Light and medium-duty vehicles
Various support equipment and machinery

What We’re Looking For

Previous diesel, heavy equipment, or fleet maintenance experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Self-starter capable of working independently
Mechanical background is a plus but not required
CDL is a plus, but not required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Dependable, organized, and safety-minded
