Field Superintendent - Commercial Painting

We are looking for an experienced Field Superintendent to lead our field operations, oversee crews, and keep projects on time, on budget, and safe.

We're a growing, owner-operated commercial painting company working in Minnesota and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and direct painters/crews across active sites daily or as needed.
-Coordinate with general contractors, property managers, owners, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project flow.
-Schedule crews, material deliveries, and equipment, manage daily production and progress.
-Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and company best practices on every job.
-Perform site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clean, organized work sites.
-Track project budgets, change orders, and timelines; report progress to ownership.
-Help train and develop crew members, lead by example with strong work ethic.
-Handle minor estimating /input on bids when needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
-3-5+ years of experience as a painting foreman, lead painter, or superintendent in Commercial painting.
-Proven track record managing crews on multi-site commercial projects.
-Strong knowledge of painting techniques, prep work, coatings, safety regs (OSHA 10/30 a plus), and tools/equipment.
-Reliable transportation and valid drivers license (company vehicle may be provided after probation)
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to build rapport with clients and crews.
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a team setting.
