We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter who enjoys variety in their work and can confidently and consistently perform job set up and break down, material organization, site cleanliness tasks in support of the field crews. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently with a sense of urgency and accountability in support of other team members.

What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school education a plus.
Construction experience preferred. Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, equipment operation, and construction terminology is helpful.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a team-first attitude.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation are required.
Able to lift >50lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in jobsite mobilization and demobilization, including loading and unloading trucks with equipment and materials as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite, supporting laborers and masons with daily setup and breakdown tasks, including removing pallets or any leftover materials to an appropriate location when jobs are complete. This includes tracking which jobs were on the schedule for the day before and efficiently working those stops into daily routes.
Help manage inventory and organization of tools, equipment, and materials on our yard. Report any equipment in need of repair or any items low in stock for reordering.
Learn and support daily field operations, including scheduling, crew coordination, and production tracking.
Provide general support wherever needed to maintain production efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits:
$23-$25 an hour
