Field Technician / Handyman — $25/hr + Overtime Available

FIELD TECHNICIAN / HANDYMAN — $25/HR + OVERTIME AVAILABLE

Attic Fanatics is looking for a reliable and experienced Field Technician / Handyman to join our growing team in South Florida.

This is a hands-on position focused on drywall repair, handyman work, duct cleaning, customer follow-ups, and supporting our installation crews in the field.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete drywall repairs, patching, finishing, and touch-ups
• Repair drywall affected during attic or insulation projects
• Perform duct cleaning for residential customers
• Visit customers to inspect and address post-job concerns
• Complete minor handyman repairs as needed
• Troubleshoot basic electrical or plumbing issues when qualified
• Deliver tools, equipment, and materials to crews and job sites
• Assist the field supervisor and installation crews when needed
• Communicate professionally with customers while completing repairs
• Take clear before-and-after photos and document completed work
• Keep assigned tools, materials, and company vehicles organized
• Provide timely updates regarding repairs, customer concerns, or additional work needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong drywall repair, patching, and finishing experience
• Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or home-repair experience
• Ability to complete clean, professional repairs independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage daily assignments
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in attics and physically demanding environments
• Ability to lift and transport tools and materials
• Basic electrical or plumbing knowledge is a plus
• Duct-cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

COMPENSATION
$25 per hour + overtime available
Schedule will be discussed based on experience and availability.
This position may involve travel between customer homes, job sites, and the company's location. A company van or truck may be provided depending on the final arrangement.
