Field Technician - Home Remodeling

We are seeking an experienced, dependable Field Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety and has experience across multiple residential construction trades.

No two days are the same. One day you may be installing trim, the next troubleshooting an electrical issue, completing punch list items, repairing drywall, installing hardware, or assisting with a cabinet installation. What You'll Do

As our Field Technician, you'll help keep our remodeling projects moving by performing a wide variety of skilled tasks, including:

Residential electrical repairs and fixture installation

Cabinet installation adjustments and service work
Trim carpentry and finish work
Drywall repairs and touch-up
Basic plumbing fixture installation and repairs
Door, drawer, and hardware adjustments
Caulking, painting, and finish touch-up
Punch list completion
Warranty and service calls
Job site troubleshooting and problem solving
Take field measurements when needed
Communicate with homeowners in a professional manner
Document work performed with photos and notes
Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has experience in multiple residential construction trades, including most of the following:

Home remodeling

Finish carpentry
Residential electrical
Basic plumbing
Drywall repair
Cabinet installation
General construction
Painting and finish work
Troubleshooting and repair work
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of residential remodeling experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and customer service skills
Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
