Field Technician – Industrial Water Systems | $25–$30/hr | Bay Area

Tower & Scrubber Solutions is a Bay Area industrial services company hiring two field technicians. We maintain and clean Cooling Towers, Chillers, and wet Fume Scrubbers at hospitals, semiconductor fabs, data centers, and biopharma facilities.

Pay & Schedule

• $25–$30/hr depending on experience
• Guaranteed minimum 24 hours/week + overtime available
• Day shifts, Bay Area job sites

What You'll Do

• Clean, descale, and maintain industrial cooling towers and water systems
• Work alongside a small, experienced crew
• Follow safety protocols on regulated job sites

What We're Looking For

• Background in industrial maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or a related trade
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors
• Valid driver's license, clean record
• Reliable and shows up on time - that matters most to us
• Cooling tower, Fume Scrubber or water treatment experience is a plus but not required - we train
