Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of field technicians, managing daily schedules and performance.
- Quality Control: Conduct site visits to ensure work meets safety standards and project specifications.
- Technical Support: Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting complex technical issues in the field.
- Experience: 3+ years in a field technician role; prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Gahanna and the greater Columbus area for efficient routing and logistics.
- Skills: Strong communication, basic computer proficiency, and a "lead-by-example" work ethic.
- License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
