Finish and Trim Carpenter $26 -$30/hr.

Position Summary: Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Finish and Trim Carpenters for projects based in a shop environment in the Las Vegas, NV area. This is a first-shift opportunity. Starting pay is $26 -$30 DOE.

Scope of Work:

• Follow instructions and directives from the foreman
• Fabricate and build custom cabinets, perform finish work, and trim carpentry
• Apply knowledge of architectural millwork and assist with related projects
• Read and interpret Cabinet Vision and AutoCAD drawings (as well as frame, structural, and electrical blueprints)
• Maintain strict quality control throughout all phases of construction
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and operate equipment as a forklift-trained and certified team member

Pay & Progression:

• Starting pay: $26 per hour (overall scale: $25–$30/hr based on experience)
• Performance review and progression potential over the first few months
• Some tools can be provided
