FINISH CARPENTER WANTED – TINY HOME BUILDER – TEMECULA

Lifescape Builders is a custom tiny home builder located in Temecula, CA. We are looking for an experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team full-time.

We build custom tiny homes from start to finish, so we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and is comfortable working on a variety of finish carpentry and construction tasks.

Responsibilities include:

Interior and exterior finish carpentry

Installing baseboards, trim, casing, molding, and doors
Cabinetry, shelving, hardware, and custom woodwork
Making accurate measurements and precise cuts
Reading plans and working from drawings
Punch-list work and final detailing
Safely operating common construction and woodworking tools
Keeping the jobsite clean and organized
Assisting with other construction tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous finish carpentry or residential construction experience
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Comfortable using power tools and woodworking equipment
Dependable and able to show up on time
Able to work independently as well as with a team
Reliable transportation to and from our Temecula jobsite is required
Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 60 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, reaching, and performing repetitive construction tasks
