Finish Carpenter / Craftsman – $35–$50/hr – 4-Day Week

We’re a fully custom cabinet shop and interior renovation company working with homeowners and businesses that value high-quality work. We do things the right way—clean lines, tight joints, and work that holds up over time. With a 4–5 person team, everyone is hands-on and plays a direct role in the result.

We’re looking for an experienced finish carpenter who’s comfortable working across different phases of a project, and takes pride in clean, detailed work.

You:

• Experienced in finish carpentry and some framing
• Comfortable assisting with cabinetry installs
• Ideal: additional skills in complementary trades (electrical, drywall, painting, etc.)
• Reliable, honest, and self-motivated
• Curious, quick learner who enjoys solving problems

Typical Day:
Some days are focused on a single task from start to finish. Other days involve a mix of work like:

• Frame or modify walls on site
• Install cabinetry, dial in fit and finish / Install cabinetry and trim
• Troubleshoot site or product issues
• Help prep and package installs in the shop

Compensation & Details:

• Full-time, 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday) 7am-4pm
• $35–$50/hr depending on experience
• Year-round work
• Valid driver’s license and background check required
