What You'll Do

Install premium residential finishes including:
Custom trim
Baseboards
Crown molding
Window and door casings
Luxury cabinetry
Built-ins
Decorative wall treatments
Paneling
Stair components
Specialty millwork
Construct Hemlock ceilings, soffits, and interior/exterior ceiling details
Read and interpret architectural drawings, finish schedules, and designer specifications
Perform precise measurements, layouts, cutting, fitting, and installation with exceptional accuracy
Use a variety of hand and power tools to achieve flawless, high-end results
Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and jobsite cleanliness
Collaborate with site supervisors, designers, and fellow trades to ensure projects stay on schedule and exceed client expectations

What You Bring
5+ years of high-end residential finish carpentry experience
Expert-level finish carpentry, trim, and joinery skills
Experience working with custom millwork, hardwoods, exotic woods, and premium finish materials
Strong blueprint reading and layout abilities
Experience installing luxury cabinetry and custom built-ins preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
