FINISH CARPENTER for Residential Construction Co

Seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our residential construction team. The ideal candidate will be a true craftsman who takes pride in the final touches. You will be responsible for the final aesthetic touches - including crown molding; trim & millwork; cabinetry & built-ins; doors & windows; staircase carpentry & other fine woodworking components, ensuring every detail aligns with architectural plans and the highest craftsmanship standards.

Our projects include: new home construction; additions; kitchen, bathroom, basement remodeling; decks; detached buildings & custom projects within Albany, Saratoga, Rensselaer & Schenectady Counties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years experience in residential finish carpentry (high-end custom home experience preferred).
• Own a full set of professional hand and power tools and be proficient in their use.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the project.
• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
