Finish carpenter for residential remodels

looking for a very skilled and Dependable finish carpenter.
Required skills:
* Trim work: base, windown and door case, and crown molding
*shadow box for wienscotting (paint and stain grade
*Cabinets installation,

Please also be ok doing other remodel work between finish carpentry tasks some of the following other work may include:

*Siding repairs (all types)
* Dry rot repair,
*lite Drywall patching and texture blend.

• Framing, for remodel or Deck repair or build.
• Windows and doors

*and other tasks related to kitchens and bathrooms

Other requirements :

* Comfortable on ladders and scaffold
*Comfortable in attics and crawlspace (for small amounts of time)

Please be able to work alone, and or with others. Be on time, and work full days. Having a van or a truck will make you more valuable (higher pay) if you can pick up materials

Willing to pay 25-50$ per hour (however I will not start at 50.00 you will need to prove your skills prior to getting paid the upper end of what is offered.
