FINISH CARPENTER mid-level to journeyman

FINISH CARPENTER – MID-LEVEL TO JOURNEYMAN

Established Los Angeles home builder seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. We have been building new construction high-quality homes throughout Los Angeles for over 40 years and are looking for a dependable craftsman who takes pride in fine finish work.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience hanging and fitting doors
• Experience with fine finish carpentry
• Ability to install doors, jambs, casing, crown molding, baseboards, and custom trim
• Experience building and installing cabinets
• Ability to read construction plans and shop drawings
• Ability to sketch and prepare simple drawings when needed
• California Driver License
• Reliable work truck or van
• Current auto insurance
• Smartphone and active email account
• Must possess all tools necessary to perform finish carpentry work

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18–$40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
• Paid vacation
