Finish Carpenter / Renovation Carpenter Needed - $30/hr

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Carpenters for a high-quality condo renovation project located in a private gated community in North Palm Beach, FL.

We are looking for skilled carpenters with previous condominium renovation or high-end residential remodeling experience who can confidently perform multiple phases of construction, including framing, drywall, tile, and finish work.

Responsibilities Include:

Interior framing and modifications
Drywall installation, repairs, and finishing
Tile installation and preparation
Trim and finish carpentry work
Cabinet and fixture installation
Demolition and renovation work
Reading measurements and layouts
Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite
Working independently while following project specifications
Qualified Candidates Should Have:

✅ Previous condo renovation, luxury residential, or commercial renovation experience
✅ Strong carpentry background with multiple construction skills
✅ Experience with framing, drywall, tile, and finish work
✅ Own professional hand tools and basic power tools
✅ Reliable transportation (required due to gated community location)
✅ Ability to pass site requirements/background screening
✅ Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
