Finish Carpenter - Residential New Construction

We are seeking an experienced trim carpenter to join our residential new home construction team. Our work includes the installation of millwork, doors, and cabinetry. This is a full-time position for a carpenter who takes pride in quality work and can work independently on job sites.

Job Locations: Marysville, Arlington, and Newcastle

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential trim carpentry
Reliable personal transportation
Drug- and smoke-free
High attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and willing to work
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills with supervisors and fellow employees
Commitment to job site safety standards
Consistent delivery of quality craftsmanship
Must own and maintain personal tools
Responsible for end-of-day job site cleanup
