Finish Carpenters (Immediate Need)

We're looking for a skilled Cabinet Installer and Finish Carpenter to be the face of our craftsmanship on-site. This is primarily a field installation position — installing custom cabinetry, wall paneling, and base/case molding on luxury residential projects for some of LA's top architects and builders. THIS IS HIGH-END CUSTOM WORK.
Current projects are concentrated in the Pacific Palisades, the San Gabriel Valley, and Orange County. When field work slows, you'll occasionally work out of our Rosemead shop assisting with fabrication, assembly, and prepping projects for delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Installation (primary): Lead the installation of high-end custom cabinets — level, plumb, and scribed perfectly to field conditions.
Finish Carpentry: Install architectural wall paneling, baseboards, and door casings with precision.
Problem Solving: Adjust and trim components on-site to ensure a seamless fit.
Shop Support (occasional): Assist in our Rosemead shop with cabinet assembly and project prep between installs.

Requirements

Experience: 10+ years in cabinet installation and finish carpentry (strong candidates with less will be considered).
Tools: Must have your own full set of professional-grade installation tools.
Transportation: Reliable truck or van capable of transporting tools to jobsites.
Travel: Must be willing to travel to jobsites throughout LA and Orange County. Shop is based in Rosemead.
Physical Ability: Able to lift and maneuver heavy cabinets and materials (50+ lbs) regularly.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
