Finish Carpenters / Trim Installers Wanted — New Construction —

We're looking for experienced finish carpenters and trim installers for new construction. Piece-rate pay with steady, consistent volume for installers who do clean work and show up.

The work:

Interior trim — base, casing, door hangs, crown, closet shelving, hardware
New construction / production homes
Accurate work that passes the first walkthrough

What we need from you:

Proven finish carpentry experience — not your first rodeo

We supply the tools
Reliable transportation (truck or van a plus)
Reliability to hit a schedule

Pay:

Competitive piece rates, paid bi-weekly

W-2 payroll position — we pay for rest breaks and nonproductive time, not just the piece
Consistent volume = consistent paychecks for the right installer
