About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finish Carpentry Superintendent to oversee finish carpentry operations on residential construction projects.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate finish carpentry crews
Oversee installation of trim, doors, hardware, millwork, and specialty finishes.
Review specifications and project schedules.
Ensure work meets quality standards and project requirements.
Coordinate daily activities with project managers, superintendents, and other trades.
Conduct site inspections
Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
Identify and resolve field issues promptly to maintain project schedules.
Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in finish carpentry supervision or construction management.
Strong knowledge of carpentry methods, materials, and construction practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing multiple crews and project deadlines.
Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with high-end residential
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
OSHA 30 Certification required
