FINISH / TRIM CARPENTERS

We are looking to add to our team of highly skilled craftsmen. We design and build custom staircases in the highest of high end homes throughout the metro Detroit area as well as Petoskey and Harbor Springs Michigan.
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a finish carpenter experienced in high end trim jobs i.e. wainscot, panel layout and obviously base, case and crown. Although we don't do much in "trim" work the qualities we are looking for is found in those disciplines.
Pay will be very competitive along with health insurance, holidays and PTO time off. Pay will usually start around $35hr and up based on experience and skill.
401K with matching contributions and profit sharing.
Carpenters must have their own work truck and tools to complete the project. Company vehicle/gas can be offered based on skill level, experience and time on the job.
We expect professional appearances, hygiene and most important, a great attitude and personality.
