Finished Carpenter Needed – James Hardie Cement Board Siding Experienc

We are looking for an experienced finished carpenter who is familiar with James Hardie cement board siding and exterior finish work.

This position is for someone who takes pride in clean, detailed work and understands proper installation, cutting, layout, flashing, sealing, and finishing of exterior siding materials.

Responsibilities include:

Installing James Hardie cement board siding

Measuring, cutting, and fitting siding accurately
Installing trim, corners, flashing, and exterior details
Understanding waterproofing, house wrap, and proper sealing methods
Working cleanly and professionally on active job sites
Communicating with the project manager and crew
Maintaining a safe and organized work area

Requirements:

Must have experience with James Hardie or similar cement board siding
Must have finished carpentry experience
Must be detail oriented and reliable
Must have your own basic tools
Must be able to work independently and with a crew
Must have reliable transportation
Must be comfortable working on exterior residential projects
No smoking or drug use on job sites

Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
