Fir Sure Arbor Pro is looking for an experienced, safety-focused contract climbing arborist to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis for select tree care projects throughout the Denver area.

Since 2018, we have built our reputation on professional tree care, quality workmanship, and a commitment to doing things the right way. We are a fully licensed and insured tree care company with ISA-certified arborists on our team, and we take pride in maintaining high standards in every aspect of our work.

We’re looking for someone who shares those values: a skilled climber who knows their craft, works well with others, takes safety seriously, and still knows how to have a good time at work.

What We’re Looking For

• An experienced, professional tree climber with a strong understanding of modern climbing techniques and professional arboriculture practices.
• An ISA Certified Arborist or an experienced climbing arborist with the knowledge, skills, and qualifications to perform high-quality tree care safely. ISA certification is preferred.
• A strong commitment to job-site safety, proper PPE, equipment inspections, and safe work practices.
• Experience with technical removals, pruning, rigging, and working around structures, landscaping, and other site constraints.
• Someone who communicates well, works as part of a team, and respects the skills and contributions of everyone on the job.
• A dependable, self-motivated professional who takes pride in their work and maintains a clean, organized job site.
• A positive attitude, a good sense of humor, and the ability to work hard while enjoying what you do.
