💰 $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience and credentials

We are hiring an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join a respected Austin-area company recognized by the Austin Business Journal as one of Austin’s top companies to work for.

This is a long-term career opportunity for a knowledgeable technician with fire alarm installation, service, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting experience. Candidates do not need to hold every license listed below. However, technicians with multiple licenses or certifications may qualify for the highest level of compensation.

Preferred Licenses and Certifications:

✅ RME-I License
✅ FAL License
✅ FEL License
✅ Backflow License

One or more relevant licenses is preferred. Top pay will be considered for highly experienced, multi-certified technicians who can support several areas of the company’s fire protection services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience servicing, testing, inspecting, and troubleshooting commercial fire alarm systems
• Ability to read plans, diagrams, and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of fire alarm devices, panels, circuits, and related systems
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and code compliance
• Dependable work history and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional service team
