🔥 Licensed Fire Sprinkler & Fire Alarm Contractors Needed (Inspection & Letter Only)

We are looking for a California-licensed Fire Sprinkler Contractor (C-16) and/or Fire Alarm Contractor (C-10) for a restaurant renovation project in San Francisco.

Scope of Work

• Visit the site and inspect the existing fire sprinkler and/or fire alarm systems.
• Verify that the current systems are in good working condition.
• Provide a signed letter on your company letterhead stating that no modifications are required to the existing systems.

Project Details

• Restaurant tenant improvement project.
• Existing fire sprinkler and alarm systems are staying as-is.
• No installation, repair, or design work is required.
• Letter templates and sample wording will be provided.
• If you hold both licenses, one contractor may provide both letters.

Requirements

• Valid California contractor license:
• C-16 Fire Protection Contractor, and/or
• C-10 Electrical Contractor (for fire alarm systems)
• Ability to issue a signed and stamped letter on company letterhead.
