Fire Sprinkler & Backflow Inspection and Service Technician

We are hiring an experienced technician to perform inspections, testing, and repairs throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and test wet and dry sprinkler systems, fire pumps, standpipes, and backflow prevention assemblies.

Perform annual and 5-year inspections and testing.

Troubleshoot leaks, system malfunctions, and inspection deficiencies.

Repair and replace piping, fittings, sprinkler heads, valves, and related components.

Test waterflow switches, tamper switches, and other system devices.

Document inspection results, deficiencies, and completed repairs.

Communicate findings, material needs, and job updates to our office.

Work independently and professionally with property owners, managers, and tenants.

Qualifications:

Experience inspecting, testing, and repairing fire sprinkler systems.

Experience with dry systems, fire pumps, standpipes, and backflow assemblies.

Knowledge of NFPA 25 inspection and testing procedures.

Backflow testing certification preferred.

Valid driver’s license.

Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.

Pay: Based on experience and certifications.
