Fire Sprinkler Fitter

Newark Fire Sprinkler is hiring Fire Sprinkler Fitters to join our field team on commercial and light industrial projects. We’re focused on quality installs, clean job sites, and taking care of our people.

What You’ll Do

Install, modify, and repair fire sprinkler systems (wet/dry/preaction as applicable)
Read prints and layout pipe, hangers, heads, valves, and trim
Thread/groove pipe and assemble fittings; set hangers/supports
Perform troubleshooting and assist with testing/inspections
Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow OSHA/company safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Sprinkler fitting experience preferred

Knowledge of tools/materials (steel/CPVC where applicable), fittings, hangers, and layout
Ability to read plans or willingness to learn quickly
Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred
Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on active job sites
Valid Driver's License
Clean background check

Nice to Have

NICET (any level), OSHA 10/30, lift certifications

Backflow, standpipe, service experience
