Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA 25.
- Service and repair wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and standpipe systems.
- Conduct annual inspections and 5-year internal inspections.
- Diagnose system deficiencies and perform repairs.
- Replace sprinkler heads, valves, gauges, alarms, and trim components.
- Perform fire pump inspections and testing (preferred).
- Complete electronic inspection reports and deficiency documentation.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
- Participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation.
- 1+ years of fire sprinkler service or maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of NFPA 25.
- Valid California Driver's License.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work from ladders/lifts.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- NICET, backflow, fire pump, or fitter certifications preferred.
