Fitter / Welder Needed $18/hr

Must be adept at dual-shield flux-core / Hard wire on mild steel and Stainless steel.

Must be able to fit various structural items, read a tape, and some math skills.

Must speak english.

This is a full time position with rapid advancement depending on your skills.

This is a Small shop environment.

A weld test is required. You will be asked to fit a T joint and weld out with an actual 1/4" weld with no flaws. Simple, eh?

Here's the deal: You start at $18/hr and once you learn the ropes, after 90 days, you get raised to $25/hr automatically. There are several quality of life perks here. All you have to do is show up and do your job in an environment built on mutual respect. Here, you're a person, not a company asset. However, you are a welder which means I already know you're a pain in the butt.

Are you a bit rusty? That's what the 90 days are for. If you're an excellent team player that takes pride in your work, we can get you dialed in within a couple of weeks. Talent can be learned, ethics and integrity are another matter.
