Flagger - Traffic Controller Wanted

Base pay is $20.00 per hour during the temp-to-perm period. $27.55 after permanent hire.

Responsibilities:

Direct traffic at construction sites to ensure the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and pedestrians.
Communicate with drivers and pedestrians, providing clear directions and instructions.
Monitor traffic flow and adjust control measures as needed.
Report any incidents or hazards to supervisors or appropriate authorities.
Maintain a safe work environment for yourself, coworkers, and the public.

Experience:

Previous experience as a traffic controller is preferred.

Familiarity with traffic control devices and procedures is a plus.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for long periods.
Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Background check and drug screen required.
Must be able to work outside all day.
Must be able to stand all day.

Temp to Hire:

This is a temp-to-perm position. For the temp-to-perm role, you will work for our client. If you do an amazing job, you will be hired as a Union Flagger with a raise and full union benefits. Base pay is $20.00 per hour during the temp-to-perm period. $27.55 after permanent hire.

Important Requirements:

***This position requires travel to various locations. You must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license. You must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.***
