We are a 25-year-old family-friendly, small business seeking to hire a full-time service technician/installer. We are in the construction services field, catering to home builders, general contractors, large and small businesses, as well as homeowner customers. This is a unique, niche, robust business that values work-life balance.

Here is an overview of the position, responsibilities, and requirements for this job:

Installation of flagpoles of all sizes

Service flags and flagpoles by taking down worn flags and hanging new flags
Repairing flagpoles and pole hardware
Operation of mini skid steer
Meet with job site superintendents
Safely drive company vehicle to job sites
Enthusiastic and high energy
Must be able to work well with others
As the frontline of our business, engage with customers in a professional manner
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Basic warehouse housekeeping tasks
Enjoy working in the outdoors, scenery, sunshine, and fresh air
Requirements:

Good physical ability and ability to lift 80 pounds

Current and Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Good comprehension of streets and mapping
Concrete finish experience helpful
Willing to train the right person

Hours

Monday-Friday
8 am-5 pm (hours may vary depending on job schedule and time of year)
Opportunity for Friday afternoons off (monthly, at minimum), depending on time of year and workload
Weekends and holidays off
