Fleet and Equipment Mechanic

Creative Lawn and Landscapes is hiring an experienced mechanic to keep our trucks, trailers, and landscape and snow removal equipment running reliably.

We’re looking for someone who can diagnose problems, make dependable repairs, and stay ahead of maintenance. If you take pride in your work and enjoy working on a variety of equipment, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair trucks, commercial mowers, small engines, skid steers, loaders, snowplows, and spreaders.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical problems.
• Maintain trailers, including lights, brakes, bearings, and wiring.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and coordinate parts orders.
• Maintain an organized shop and communicate repair priorities with owners and crew leaders.
• Prepare equipment for seasonal changes and respond to breakdowns.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience repairing vehicles, small engines, or heavy equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Dependability and clear communication.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times.
