We’re a busy, established commercial concrete subcontractor looking for an experienced Equipment & Diesel Mechanic to join our team.

Our crews rely on a large inventory of construction tools, small-engine equipment, heavy equipment, and Ford fleet trucks every day — which means this is a hands-on position with plenty of variety and steady work.We take pride in our equipment, our people, and the company we’ve built. What You'll Work On:

Small-engine construction equipment and tools

Gas and diesel-powered equipment
Hydraulic systems and equipment
Ford fleet trucks and service vehicles
Preventative maintenance and scheduled services
Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues
Equipment repairs to keep our field crews productive
General shop and fleet maintenance

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an equipment mechanic

Strong small-engine and construction equipment repair experience
Diesel mechanical experience
Hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience
Experience maintaining and repairing Ford trucks preferred
Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
