NOW HIRING – Fleet Maintenance Manager / Lead Diesel Technician

We're looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager / Lead Diesel Technician to take charge of our growing fleet and lead our maintenance team.
Pay: $38–$44/hour (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair Volvo, International, and Freightliner trucks.
Diagnose and repair dry van and refrigerated trailers.
Perform electrical, engine, aftertreatment (DPF/SCR), ABS, transmission, and A/C diagnostics.
Coordinate and supervise two mechanics while ensuring repairs are completed efficiently.
Manage preventive maintenance schedules and minimize fleet downtime.
Keep maintenance records organized and communicate repair status with management.
Requirements
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting experience with heavy-duty diesel trucks.
Proficient with Cummins INSITE, Volvo Tech Tool (PTT), JPRO, Detroit DiagnosticLink (DDDL), and NEXIQ.
Able to work independently, prioritize multiple repairs, and lead a team.
Spanish required. English mandatory.
