Randolph Outdoor, LLC is seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair our growing fleet of trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment. We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual who takes pride in keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, skid steers, excavators, and landscape equipment.
Diagnose and repair diesel and gas engines.
Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues.
Service brakes, suspension, tires, and trailer components.
Maintain records of repairs and scheduled maintenance.
Ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and job-ready.
Qualifications
Experience with diesel trucks and heavy equipment preferred.
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required).
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
