Fleet & Warehouse Coordinator for Electrical Contractor

Position Overview

This role supports our warehouse and fleet operations. The Warehouse & Fleet Technician ensures materials, equipment, and vehicles are organized, clean, and ready to support our projects.

This is a hands-on, physically active role - not a desk position.

Responsibilities

-Clean and organize the yard and warehouse
-Receive stock, manage inventory, and assist with reordering materials
-Handle inventory and stock transfers between warehouse, storage units, and service vehicles
-Stage and pull materials for upcoming projects
-Break down and sort materials for disposal
-Perform weekly inspections on 30+ fleet vehicles including fluid levels, tires, cleanliness, and minor repairs
-Assist with vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
-Pick up orders from suppliers
-Drive company vehicles to job sites, vendors, and repair shops

Schedule

-Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
-This is a full-time position and part-time scheduling is not available for this role

Job Requirements

-Must have a valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record
-Experience with vehicle maintenance or repairs preferred
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
-Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
-Experience driving larger trucks such as Ford F450, F550, and trailers is a plus
-Must be able to pass an online OSHA 10 exam (provided if not already completed)
