Floor Cleaning Technicians Wanted - Hiring ASAP

La Paz Floor Care is a family-owned company with over 50 years of experience serving Southern California. We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our growing team.

Position: Floor Care & Flooring Technician

Employment Options: Full-Time • Part-Time • Subcontract

Skills We're Looking For

Experience in any combination of the following is a plus:

Carpet cleaning

Portable carpet cleaning equipment
ProChem or other Van-mounted extraction systems
Tile & grout cleaning
Natural stone cleaning, restoration, polishing, and sealing
Countertop cleaning, polishing, and sealing
Wood floor deep cleaning
Hardwood floor sanding and refinishing
Hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, and LVP installation
Tile installation
Grout and caulking repairs
Pressure washing and surface cleaning
Masonry or general construction experience
Any floor, stone, carpet, or surface maintenance trade

You do not need experience in every area. If you're motivated, dependable, and willing to learn, we'll train the right person.
