Floor installation helper needed - Full time work

Flooring installation crew looking for a reliable helper to join our team.

We install primarily LVP flooring and glue down flooring. We are looking for someone who works hard, shows up on time, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must have your own basic hand tools
Construction or flooring experience preferred
Able to lift and carry flooring/materials
Comfortable using power tools
Reliable and able to show up every day
Willing to learn and take direction
Must keep the customer's home and work area clean
Attention to detail is important

Work includes:
flooring installation, demolition and tear-out, floor preparation, baseboard/quarter round, moving materials and furniture, cleanup, and assisting the lead installer.

This is steady work with an established flooring crew. We're looking for someone interested in becoming a valuable long-term member of the crew, not someone looking for occasional work.

Location: Cincinnati / surrounding area

Pay: Based on experience
