🔹 Full-Time Flooring Employee

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company. Hourly based on experience.

Requirements:
✅ Valid Social Security number / authorized to work in the U.S.
✅ Reliable transportation to our home base near Randhurst Village
✅ Ability to drive or ride in a company vehicle to job sites
✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Willingness to learn and develop new skills

No flooring experience is required for the right candidate—we’re looking for a go-getter who wants a long-term opportunity!

🔹 Flooring Subcontractor Wanted

We are also seeking an experienced flooring subcontractor to take on complete flooring projects from start to finish. Paid by the job.

Requirements:
✅ Workers’ Compensation insurance
✅ Ability to provide a W-9
✅ Experience managing flooring installations and projects independently
✅ Strong attention to detail and professionalism
✅ Reliable crew and commitment to quality workmanship
