Flooring Estimator / Sales

Growing flooring company is looking for an experienced Flooring Estimator / Salesperson to help support our Cincinnati market.

Ideal candidate has experience with flooring estimating, measuring, quoting, and working directly with customers. Flooring installation experience or knowledge is a strong plus.

Responsibilities may include:

Measure residential and light commercial flooring projects

Prepare accurate flooring estimates and quotes
Meet with customers and help with product selections
Coordinate with our operations and installation teams
Follow up on estimates and sales opportunities
Perform jobsite checks as needed

Ideal Experience:

Flooring estimating and/or sales experience preferred

Knowledge of carpet, LVP, hardwood, tile, and related products
Installation or field experience is a plus
Reliable transportation
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently

We are flexible on the structure of the position and are open to full-time or part-time, as well as W-2 or 1099, depending on experience and the right fit.

Compensation will be based on experience and position structure.
