Flooring Installation Project Supervisor

Flooring Installation and Service Company in Austin has an opening for an experienced field/site supervisor to oversee high end hardwood flooring projects and subcontractors. Experience and knowledge of hardwood flooring installation and service required.
Core Responsibilities
1. Walk jobs with clients and contractors on start date to review scope of work
2. Inspect flooring against company standards
3. Supervise installation crews on multiple jobsites simultaneously to ensure quality work standards
4. Purchase and deliver necessary job supplies
5. Assist with jobsite trash clean up
6. Communicate daily with crews to ensure job is progressing as scheduled
7. Communicate with OPS throughout project
8. Daily contact with clients to update job status/schedule
9. Final walk-thru on jobs to confirm completion, contractor payments, quality of workmanship, and customer satisfaction
10. Address punch list items as needed
11. Perform service calls and repairs as needed
